Shipping
We currently ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. If you would like to ship to an international location, please contact us and we can accommodate on a case-by case basis. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for customs fees.
Most of our items are ready to ship, and others are made to order. If you would like to have your item sooner than the estimate in the product description, please email jenna@eastcampgoods.com prior to placing your order and we will let you know asap if it’s possible. We strive to accommodate last-minute birthday/wedding/mom present deadlines!
Returns
We want your jewelry to be just right, and understand that shopping online is no substitute for trying things on in-person (and waving them around in front of a mirror!) Returns for store credit only are available within ten days of purchase. Prior to shipping your return, please contact jenna@eastcampgoods.com for instructions and the shipping address; returns need to be pre-approved. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Custom order items not listed on our website are final sale. Any questions just ask!
Ring Resizing
We can guide you as to which rings can be resized - this typically includes bands without stones and diamond rings. Other gemstones may be compromised during resizing, in which case we can work with you on a custom order. Contact jenna@eastcampgoods.com with any questions.
