Custom Jewelry

Jewelry is emotional, it’s powerful, it has the potential to hold memory and love for the giver and receiver. We love doing custom work knowing that we’re creating a forever keepsake. From engagement rings to thoughtful gifts, we can design the perfect personalized piece with you, incorporating stones and gold from heirloom jewelry or starting from scratch with just an idea.

Our Custom Jewelry Process:

1. Contact us to get started jenna@eastcampgoods.com or DM @eastcampgoods on Instagram. Be as specific (stone type, size, shape) or non-specific (something blue) as you like. Gemstones have a huge price range, so a budget is always helpful.

2. We’ll send you pictures from our inventory of curated gems and estimates for your piece.

3. If you’d like to source a stone outside of our inventory, we require a $400 non-refundable deposit to start an in-depth search. This involves reaching out to multiple dealers for photos and videos, and providing mockups. In some cases, we can request stones for review in-person. The $400 will be applied to the final cost of the piece. Should you decide to not go any further in the custom process, the $400 deposit may be used for store credit.

4. Once the stone is selected, a 50% deposit (minus the $400 if paid) of the estimated final cost is required to secure the stone and get started.

5. The remaining balance is due when the item is complete, prior to shipping or pickup.

   Note on timeline: Our business fluctuates based on our show schedule and current list of custom orders. Sometimes pieces can be completed in one week, and at other times we are scheduling eight weeks out, just ask!

   Customs are non-refundable. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if there is an issue with your custom piece and we will explore potential options together. We understand that this may be 5 days from the date of a birthday, proposal, etc. Just keep us in the loop.

Family Necklace

The birthstones of the client, her husband, and two children are prominently set in line with a handmade sculptural chain.

Mother’s Day Design

The client commissioned a pendant for his wife with the birthstones of their two daughters. So that each daughter/stone would have equal prominence, the pendant is a double-sided orb.

Drawing of Love

Designed by the client for his husband, this pendant was constructed with the letters of their son’s name “Phoenix” with a fiery orange diamond.
